Wonderful food

Food was very good and the service was excellent.

Just what I was looking for last summer. Comfortable accommodations. Great food. Newfoundland home cooking. I had the Jigg's Dinner one night, and the fish platter another. Made me a sack lunch to take hiking - good roast beef (salad?) sandwich. Rhubarb cake for dessert. My waitress was named Holley. It was her Birthday!

Great food and awesome service! We showed up a bit late around 8pm, but still had a nice dinner. The food was very good, the dessert (Partridge berry pudding) was great! The service and attention to details was an unexpected bonus. Easily beats Jack's.

Stumbled upon parsons and had a wonderful home cooked meal. If youre in rocky harbour make sure to drop in.

We were very impressed with our 1 night stay in room 2. Included wifi, cable, a single bed and a double. The shower had amazing pressure and the room came equipped with soaps and towels. The view from the picnic table is lovely, and Miranda is super helpful and friendly

Simple homecooked meals. You get a lot for the price you pay! A bun, soup, entree, and dessert is one price on their menu. They have a variety of seafood options and it looks like they try to have at least one "land" (chicken, beef, etc) option available a day. Meals aren't seasoned a lot but they do provide salt and pepper on the table so you can season to taste. The couple the runs the place (I think) are very friendly and can tell you about the pictures on the wall.

Parsons was a great discover! After a busy day visiting Gros Morne National park we were passing in front of this place and we decided to stop to ask about their home style meals, including Lobster and we decided to stay for dinner.It was the best dinner/meal we had in Gros Morne. The restaurant is not fancy, but it’s really cozy, with nice ambience, great pictures and an amazing and friendly service.We ordered fish and Lobster and the owner even helped us to eat the Lobster with a personal style! HahahaThe meals included an entrée and a dessert with option for coffee or tea for little less than $100cad (2 people) tip included!We totally recommend this place for the amazing food, the ambience and service!

The best home cooked meal in Rocky Harbour, and our best meal in Newfoundland! We loved everything about this place. The service is second to none and the value is amazing. You have to get the seafood. Make sure you stop at this gem while in the area.

I went this place to have breakfast at around 10 but no service is available even though the Google maps shows it provided breakfast

First dining experience in Newfoundland. Had a very home cooked feel. Tasty.

My husband and I stayed at this motel for two nights earlier this month and it was really nice. Comfortable rooms, clean, and the owner and staff are really friendly. Good food and great service in their restaurant!

This place is well worth a visit. The food is delicious and we loved that it truly felt home cooked. The service is friendly! We loved our meal. It is good value! The seafood is delicious! You won’t regret coming here.

Amazing lobster dinner with all the trimmings at a very reasonable price. Very nice dining room with a view of the harbour. The owner was even gracious enough to show us how to properly and completely devour our crustaceans. Highly recommended!
